The service
Kreyej connects customers who need a job done with professionals who send offers. The agreement about the work, price and payment is made directly between the customer and the professional. [Kreyej's role as an intermediary and the limits of its liability must be defined.]
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. An account is either a customer or a professional. [Minimum age must be defined.]
Professionals
Professionals are responsible for the accuracy of their profile and offers and for the work they carry out. The "verified" badge is shown only after Kreyej has checked the profile. [Verification criteria must be described.]
Prohibited conduct
False, offensive or illegal content, fraud, spam, harassment and misuse of other people's data are not allowed. Kreyej may hide content and suspend accounts that break these rules.
Reviews
Reviews must be based on a real job and be honest. Fake or manipulated reviews may be removed.
Payments and fees
