Who we are
Kreyej is an online marketplace that connects customers with professionals in Kosovo. Data controller: [legal entity name, address, registration number]. Privacy contact: [email address].
Data we collect
Account: name, email, password (handled by the authentication service), phone and city. Professional profile: description, experience, categories, cities served and photo. Requests: job description, category, city, area, timing, budget and photos. Also the offers, messages and reviews you create on the platform.
Why we use it
To create and protect your account, show your requests to relevant professionals, enable offers, messages and reviews, and for moderation and security. Your IP address is used temporarily to limit abusive attempts. Legal basis: [to be decided].
Who can see it
A professional's public profile is visible to everyone. Requests and offers are visible only to the parties involved. Messages are visible only to the conversation participants. Kreyej administrators can see them for moderation. Data is stored with our infrastructure provider (Appwrite): [server region and list of sub-processors].
Storage on your device
We use browser local storage and cookies needed for your login session and to keep your request draft on your device. We do not use advertising cookies.
How long we keep it
